A single five-star review from 7 years ago praised professional concrete repair work, but three one-star reviews spanning recent years describe incomplete repairs, peeling finishes that were not fixed despite promises, and allegations of unethical labor practices and cost-cutting that compromised quality. Evidence of ongoing issues is limited but consistent across older and recent complaints.

Most work ships on time with consistently polished results and minimal mess. The team, especially Ali, guides buyers through design choices and finishes jobs within estimates. One customer's 3-year warranty claim faced months of silence until escalation, but COAT Systems ultimately repaired the exterior damage professionally once contacted directly. Interior staining persists as a minor maintenance note.
