Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Reviewer praised the crew for careful attention and professionalism on a residential job. The company states 10+ years' experience and serves Toronto, GTA, and nearby regions, but review evidence is limited.
Every review across two years celebrates speed, professionalism, and lasting results. Crews arrive on time, finish ahead of promises, and deliver flawless surfaces-from garages transformed in a day to a 500 sq.ft. convenience store floor redone by day's end. Staff including Ibrahim and Adam earn repeated praise for listening to concerns, filling pitted concrete without overcharging, and hand-grinding edges that others skip. Polyaspartic and standard epoxy finishes hold their shine for years. Pricing sits below market rates for work of this caliber.
Fazel and his team deliver reliable floor leveling and concrete polishing across residential and commercial projects. Reviewers consistently report on-time arrivals, clean job sites, fair pricing, and clear daily progress updates. The crew handles complex subfloor preparation and tackles unexpected structural issues without derailing timelines. Beyond flooring, they coordinate full renovation work including framing, drywall, painting, and bathroom renovation, functioning as trusted general contractors for many clients. What stands out most is the personal involvement of Fazel in every stage, from technical assessments to final inspections. Commercial clients praise the coordination on multi-trade projects; residential customers highlight the care taken to explain the leveling process and source exact materials. The only mention of a shortcoming came from an unrelated prior contractor. No service complaints appear across 17 five-star reviews.
