MAGM Epoxy Flooring and General contractor

MAGM delivers polished garage and porch floors with crews that show up on time, work cleanly, and explain their process clearly. Most jobs finish beautifully within a day at reasonable cost. However, two customers reported serious trouble: one's epoxy peeled within a year with the owner unresponsive; another was promised a written warranty at completion but was ghosted for weeks when they asked for it. Quality application is real, but warranty and accountability gaps are a genuine concern for long-term peace of mind.

John and the team earn consistent praise for professionalism, attention to cracks before coating, and leaving sites tidy. They work across the GTA and claim 10-year warranties in their pitch. Before signing on, insist on a written warranty in hand before final payment, and verify their response record if problems emerge.
