Most installations run smoothly and finish on time, with crews arriving punctually and leaving sites clean. Staff like Chris, Will, Jeff, and Heiner earn repeated praise for explaining the process clearly and completing work to spec. Behind the strong majority sits a small but serious issue: some floors fail after 2-4 years with cracking, bubbling, and chipping, and initial warranty denials have damaged trust. One customer upgraded their review after the company reworked the floor at no charge; another remains angry that complaints were discouraged rather than fixed. The 15-year warranty is advertised as all-inclusive, yet early disputes suggest terms have been interpreted narrowly in practice.
Long-term durability remains the wildcard. Reviewers consistently praise the Nanospartic formula, the 4-layer engineered system, and the thoroughness of surface prep, but recent one-star and early-one-star comments confirm failures do occur. The company appears willing to make things right when pushed, but responsiveness and upfront honesty about moisture and concrete condition would prevent the cycle of disappointment.
Two five-star reviews over five years praise Tony's team for quality work, punctuality, and clean cleanup. Reviewers report recommending COAT Systems to friends and treating finished floors as usable living space, though the limited sample offers little texture on specific services or pricing.
All ten reviews praise TaskMaster's reliability and craftsmanship. Reviewers consistently note that Andrew and his team arrive on schedule, finish work as promised, and maintain high material and prep standards. They stand out for cleaning sites thoroughly, fixing accidental damage at no charge, and explaining processes clearly so homeowners understand what they're getting.
Most jobs finish on time with clean workmanship and tidy cleanup. Crews handle tricky spots like under stairs and tight spaces well. Responsiveness and professionalism are consistent. One garage floor had finishing issues, and the owner didn't return to fix them when called. Otherwise, garages, shops, and residential epoxy projects receive strong praise for even application, colour, and attention to detail.
